Caring for your stained glass
- Hang using a molding hook, nail, or a tension rod. Suction cups are never recommended as they fail, leaving you with a damaged piece. Should you choose to use one, please check and clean it often to make sure it is secure.
- Your piece is freshly cleaned, waxed, and polished. To maintain, simply wipe with a soft cloth. Do not use chemical or acid-based cleaners on it. It is natural for oxidation to occur over time on the lead and solder lines. The piece can be easily refreshed with a quick polish using Carnuba wax.
- Avoid contact with anything abrasive especially pieces that have black or copper patina finish and items made with iridescent glass or gems.
