Origins

After a 30+yr career in corporate, I found myself searching for more and wanting to find my "next".  I had to create space and time for self exploration, which can be really hard!  It takes time and patience,  which is something I've not always been the best at doing for myself.  

 I have been using stained glass in mosaics for many years but when I took a stained glass class in Jan 2022,  I was hooked.  It's helped me to slow down and explore all the ideas in my head! 

I found myself reflecting on an early memory of the beautiful interplay between light and glass that came from a small stained-glass window in the front hallway of the home where I grew up.  Despite its modest surroundings, that little window infused our otherwise ordinary space with captivating light, sparking something within me. 

Hacia la Luz has been a lifelong journey...

It is with this spirit that I create stained glass and mosaic artwork! I sincerely hope that each piece will bring joy and vibrant expression to your intimate space.
